Obituary of Nick Kazmar

Nicholas “Nick” Steven Kazmar, 49, was born in Wyandotte, Michigan, and passed away on January 30, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona.  Nick met the love of his life Denise in 1994 and then started their family by having their daughter Courtney and son Nicholas. Nick loved riding his motorcycle and spending time with family and friends, but his favorite role was being a grandfather to Sophia and Enzo. He treasured his time with them and fully embraced being Sophia’s Dad and Enzo’s Papa.

Nick was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas Gerard Kazmar and is survived by his mother Deborah Kazmar, brothers Robert and Michael Kazmar, wife Denise Empel, daughter Courtney Kazmar, son Nicholas Kazmar Jr., and grandchildren Sophia and Enzo Kazmar as well as many other cherished family and friends.

A memorial service will be held for family and friends on February 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Desert Sunset Funeral Home, 3081 W. Orange Grove Rd. Tucson, AZ 85741

A reception will follow at Elks Lodge 4684 N Hwy Dr, Tucson, AZ 85705.
