What you will need to bring to the arrangement meeting:

*Full legal name of deceased
*Social Security number
*Father's name
*Mother's maiden name
*Marital Status
*Date of birth
*Place of birth (city and state)
*Name of surviving spouse (if wife-maiden name)
*How long in Arizona
*Address
*Occupation
*Highest level of education
~Obituary information and photograph
~If there will be a public viewing
-A recent photo of the deceased
-Clothing, including undergarments
-Shoes, slippers, socks are all optional
-Eyeglasses
